Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?
We process orders the SAME DAY (if placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday).
PLEASE NOTE: P.O. BOXES, AE, APO must use USPS shipping method. Also, weekends and holidays are NOT included in shipping (transit) time. Expedited shipping is a service of the carrier you select and exceptions to the expected delivery time are at the discretion of the carrier.
We guarantee all our items for 14 days after receipt to be free from manufacturing flaw or defects. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed after 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be received at ACU within 10 days after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
All returns are subject to inspection before refunds or exchanges are issued:
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items that have been: soiled, altered, washed, worn, damaged, emit odors (including, but not limited to, detergent, lotion, fragrances, sweat, smoke or food) or indicate that they have came into contact with other irritants/allergens (such as pet hair or dander). *Items returned for manufacturing defects are accepted regardless of condition.
To Return An Item:
All returns sent to us require a Return Authorization number (RA#). To obtain a RA#, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items returned without a return authorization will not be processed. When a RA# has been obtained, ship the item(s) back to us via the carrier of your choice (tracking number recommended for the shipment). We are not responsible for any shipping cost involved in the return. Returns are processed within 2 business days from receipt. Your return must have a Return Authorization Label attached to the outside of the package or it will be returned to sender.
